If you're wondering about the status of your order because it hasn't arrived yet, you can easily check its current location and estimated delivery time. Just look for the "Order Shipped" confirmation email that was sent to you previously. In that email, you'll find a tracking link. By clicking on this link, you'll be directed to a page that shows the real-time status of your parcel.

The cut-off time for an order to be dispatched on the same day is 2 pm. Orders placed before this time will be shipped out on the same day, ensuring a quicker delivery. Orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched the following business day.

We try to process your orders as soon as possible. If you notice something incorrect on your order, please contact us straight away to avoid the order being despatched - we can then help with amending the order.

Delivery times vary based on the option you choose at the checkout. We offer free delivery using the Royal Mail tracked 48 delivery which can take 3-4 days, we also offer Royal Mail tracked 24 delivery which can be with you within 2 days and Next Day Delivery which can be with you as early as 2pm the very next day. However, all delivery options are subject to ordering before the cut-off time and can be affected by weekends and bank holidays.
